Dear Elaine,

Thank you for your note and I love your Churchill quote!

1) I will be at RootsTech and will be hanging around the IAJGS booth most of the time. I am hoping to find some people who are interested in the Warsaw Conference there!  And since RootsTech will occur on Purim, I'd like to find out, I'm sad to be away from home on Purim, but would like to find the perfect Megillah Reading to attend in SLC.

Come look for me and see if I was able to sneak in some time to bake Hamentachen!

2) I do not know if the Ukrainian Archives will be open in August but I will do my best to find out. I do know that the Ukrainian Archivists are still observing the Christmas Season and we may not get answers until February.

Hope to see you in SLC!

Shabbat Shalom!

Does anyone know if the Archives in Ukraine are open in August?  I would like to go to some in conjunction with the trip for IAJGS, but if they are closed in August that means I would have to attend them before IAJGS.

Also, is anyone who is going to IAJGS, also going to the ROOTSTECH in Salt Lake City 28 Feb  - 03 March?  I am attending and would like to meet with any IAJGSers who would be there in SLC.

Thank you,

Elaine Allen
