In order to appear on the list, when you open the app and see the dashboard 
(control panel) there is a gear symbol near the top.  You must open that and 
set up your "profile."  Once there, after you've entered your info, you must 
check the box acknowledging you give permission for that information to be 
added to the attendees. 

Only those who have done so will appear on the list.
